Lunga via delle Dolomiti cycle path
Just 10 minutes from Auronzo di Cadore and our Centrale hotel, a spectacular itinerary starts, starting from Calalzo di Cadore and arriving in Dobbiaco, but you can also travel in the opposite direction. This Lunga via delle Dolomiti cycle path is set in a truly magnificent context enclosed by the most beautiful peaks of the Dolomites, a UNESCO universal heritage site.

Along this cycle path you will realize the natural beauty of our mountains on the border with Trentino Alto Adige, traditions and flavors rich in history and legends, traditions and flavours, you will cross the villages of Cortina, San Vito di Cadore, Borca di Cadore, Vodo of Cadore, Valle di Cadore, Pieve di Cadore and Calalzo di Cadore. This cycle path was also built on the historic route of the former Dolomite railway and so you will be able to admire a scenery dotted with majestic peaks rich in history and traditions.

The Lunga via delle Dolomiti is counted as one of the most beautiful cycle paths in Europe: credit must obviously go to the surrounding landscape, including the most famous peaks of the Dolomites: from Antelao to Pelmo, from Croce Marcora to Tofane.

Along the route you will find suggestive tunnels, exposed bridges over streams and deep canals; it is an itinerary within everyone's reach, connected to the north with the major centers of the Pusteria valley and towards Austria.
