Active holidays: Sorapiss Group
The Sorapiss Group is one of the main attractions of the Cadore and the Belluno Dolomites. The Sorapiss massif, between Cortina d'Ampezzo and San Vito di Cadore, consists of a central peak, namely Punta Sorapiss (with an altitude of 3,205 m), and then there are the Croda Marcora (with an altitude of 3,154 m) and the Tre Sorelle (with altitude 3.005 m), from which two buttresses are detached towards the north.
Enchanting is the view that you will see once you arrive at Lake Sorapiss, which with its clear waters and the surrounding rock, looks like a real artificial amphitheater.
The Sorapiss Group is part of the protected area of ??"Antelao, Marmarole, Sorapis", a site of community interest and a special protection area for the Dolomites.
You will be enchanted with your eyes and your heart, bewitched by this natural and uncontaminated landscape, in what is called the "Circo del Sorapis" the eye is lost in the majesty of the rocks that compose it.
