Check-in and check-out:
Check-in: from 14:00 to 23:30.
Late check-in: from 11.30pm to 2.30am, a supplement of €20 per room is required; after 02.30 it is not possible to check in.
Check-out and payment: from 8.30 to 10.30. For those who wish to leave early, you can pay for your stay the evening before departure.
For a late check-out, only subject to availability, a supplement is required.
Wellness Center opening hours:
Entrance to the wellness centre, if included in the booking or offer, is open from 5pm to 7.30pm.
During opening hours €10 per person, if not included in the stay.
It can also be booked exclusively from 9am to 8pm, with the following prices:
- €40 for a duration of 1h30'
- €60 for a duration of 2h30'
The price is intended for a maximum of 6 people, each additional person €5.
General conditions:
Tourist tax: starting from 1 June 2013 we are obliged to collect a municipal tourist tax of €1.50 per person and night for all people over 10 years of age, for a maximum of 5 nights. The tax is not included in the price of your stay.
Meals:
- breakfast: €12 per person
- Full lunch or dinner meal: €25 per person
- Partial lunch or dinner: €18 per person
- Children's meal: min. €12 per person
- Full board: €18 per person per day. Available during the summer season, or on request for other periods for a minimum of 8 people and stays of at least 3 nights.
Prices are for a minimum stay of 3 nights. For a shorter stay check our offers section or ask us for a quote.
No deductions apply for meals not consumed.
Unused services are not refunded.
THIRD and FOURTH ADDITIONAL BED reductions:
- children from 2 years to 35 months: 80% discount
- children from 3 to 7 years: 50% discount
- children from 8 to 13 years: 30% discount
- 3rd bed over 13 years: 10% discount
Supplements:
- single room: min + 25% on the list price
- double room for single use: min +€35.00 per day on the list price
- cot: min + €10.00 per day
- superior room with view of the Dolomites and Cadore: min. €20.00 per day
- late check-out with room availability until 6.00 pm, only with prior agreement: minimum €20.00 per person without meals
Animals:
We accept small pets only on request.
Internet:
Internet wi fi hotspot and two free fixed stations.
Bicycles:
The hotel bicycles are free to use, we also have electric bikes at a discounted price.
Reservation confirmation:
The reservation is confirmed if received in writing and followed by the payment of a confirmatory deposit between €50.00 and €700.00 (depending on the period) per room. The deposit can be paid by credit card to our Paypal account, by postal order or bank transfer.
The room must be paid in full in case of early departure or no-show. We recommend that you take out insurance with our associated insurance company. (Click here)
Cancellation conditions:
In case of cancellation of the reservation, which must be done by letter, fax or e-mail with confirmation of acceptance by the management, the deposit will be retained as a penalty.
The cost of the penalty is only the deposit for cancellations up to 20 days before arrival, for cancellations within 15 days of arrival 50% of the cost of the stay will be charged.
- within 45 days prior to the arrival date in justified cases the deposit may be returned
- within 30 days prior to the arrival date the deposit may be returned if the room is rented for the entire period
- for cancellations up to 15 days the deposit is not returned, the possibility of staying in another period may be offered if the room is sold for all nights
- for cancellations within 8 days in addition to the deposit a penalty is required based on the cost of the stay with a minimum of 50%; for stays up to 3 nights the entire cost of the stay is charged, excluding meals
- N.B. Any recovery of the stay, if the conditions described above occur, is possible only by prior agreement with the management, for the same duration of the original stay and by the end of the same season of the reservation.
- We recommend taking out cancellation insurance.
Deposit refund:
The deposit is returned net of booking management costs.
